The other part of his job is to go to other countries and create a relationship so they can build a lab in that country. There is another side to his job, since his job is for the well being of USASI he does anything possible to keep the intentions and goings on of the USASI secret to the rest of the world. He manages cases, finds the threat and disposes of it.
Personality: Johnathan can be very evil and twisted when he wants to be. He doesn't take insubordination from the scientists, experiments and Alpha Unit for anything. He is right when it comes to his job, Intercontinental Relations Officer and Administrator; he is the best in his line of work in USASI.
He can be kind at times especially to the females. He is a womanizer, some say he has a woman in every country but that isn't true, probably half true.
He is the sort of person that gets the job done without distraction but can have time to whined down and relax after hours. He can crack a smile from time to time.
He is kind when he wants to be but he shows it very rarely definitely when he is at work. He is kind to his family especially to Rachel, his 'kid' sister.

His family lived in a 1700's country estate with 80 acres. He went to a private school and aced his A-levels.
Johnathan has always been well off and never wanted to be poor and has never been no where near the poverty line.
He attended the Imperial College (its a University), London. He has masters in Organisation and Management, Finance and Accounting, Computing and has got a PhD in Bioengineering.
After graduating Imperial he caught the eyes of the USASI and was taken on the pay roll.
He worked his way up and was involved in the Hannah Lancet case. Since he was a Intercontinental Relations Officer and Administrator (and still is) he made the choice, he had to weight of the exposure of USASI on his shoulders and he couldn't let that happen. With a nod he ordered Jack (under the control of the AI chip) to kill his wife, silence her for good. The threat was terminated.
He has now worked for USASI for 18 years and has got the job as lead Intercontinental Relations Officer and Administrator. He is qualified as a scientist but doesn't bother with it and isn't on the pay roll as a scientist, his job is worth more that is why his wage packet is bulker.
