Yami tried to hide the fact that he was hiding something but his body language was working against him even though he was trying to correct it, it was better to leave it instead of drawing attention to the fact your trying to hide that your hiding something. He listened to Pete and Elona start a small conversation, Elona always seemed cheery, and bright with a smile always on her face. Yami held back a sigh as he tried to clear his mind.
Finally he took interest in the conversation.
"Yeh" he simply said, what else could he say? He wasn't really the one for comforting not when he was trying to get away from all the attention, he didn't want all eyes on him, not now with that on his wrist. He felt their eyes boring into the back of his head, that unnerved him, just the thought of them suspecting something. He took a deep silent breath and squared his shoulders, his body language changing yet again to something more confident.
When he reached the exit of the base he opened the door, unaware of the current weather he walked straight out before he buttoned up his jacket. The cold droplets pelting down at him definitely woke him up as he began to curse under his breath, the gusts of wind ruffled his already messy hair. "Oh bloody..." he hissed, not expecting that as he tugged at the collar of his long coat and brought them up to his neck and ducked his head slightly to try and retreat into the warmth of the extra layer, he used his left hand to button up his jacket. He didn't want the sleeve to ride down his arm to expose what he wanted to hide.
