[glow=cyan,10,400]Autumn Fluori[/glow] "No, they almost made me one but I did not want to be one." Autumn said as she then stood. She flicked her tail and looked around a bit before back to the other feline. "So why would you even bother me?" She somewhat demanded. She shifted human her small stature showing more in her human form being 16 and 5'4" she was short alright but she did not care.

Maddie also shifted, towering five more inches over Autumn, not including her two inch heels, her 19 year-old frame larger than the petite 16 year-old infront of her. She snorted and looked at Autumn in disgust. "An experiment? Getting a choice? Stop lieing. THat isn't possible here. So why don't you come on out of La-la Land and actually tell me the truth about yourself." She looked Autumn up and down, drawing herself to her full height when she heard the demanding note in Autumn's voice and replied coldly, "Because I'm an Alpha Unit. That's my job to bother worthless experiments like yourself.'

[glow=cyan,10,300]Autumn Fluori[/glow] "Do I look like I am not telling the truth?" Autumn moaned the blue strands in her hair glowing lightly in the dark alley. She turned around and walked away from the taller girl. She pushed some of her hair out of her face. Her boots lightly padding along the ground. She listened lightly to see if the girl was going to end up going after her ending up in a chase. She hope that would not be the case.

Push me or I jump- Lance Fox O'Sullivan Lance couldn't believe this. All the time's he had wanted to meet his mother, see if she was doing good, even if she had left him. See if she was actually a kind person. And his mother ended up being the biggest bitch this side of the sun. Absolutely marvelous. He moved his hands back to his pockets, eyes showing everything. The anger, the hatred. The pain of knowing his mother was this monster. He closed his eyes, trying to think of what to say, of what to do, until one question popped into his head. " If she's my mother, then WHY THE HELL DID YOU STOP HER SHOOTING ME?! I think I'd rather burn for the rest of eternity than spend the rest of my most likely short life knowing I'm related to HER!" Lance yelled, having to control himself from hitting someone. His eyes had opened during the whole yelling thing, shaking again with anger, cold gaze switching between the two. His voice had shifted to his fathers Irish accent, only really showing itself in moments of pure anger.

Unsure which was more painful, seeing Jo like this. Mangled under his hands, and in clear agony. Or the fact, as soon as she came too, knew he was really there. Would... would she reject him? Both realties hurt, hurt to the point Kira wanted to stab the needle in his own arm and give himself a dose of morphine to silence his own tenderness. If only it were that simple. Soft, blue eyes watched Jo for signs that the drug was working. It wasn't long till the canine seemed to relax, seemed to calm down. Checking her breathing and heart rate his name stopped the soothing humming abruptly.
" I'm here Jo. Me, Kira. I'm here. I won't leave you. Promise."
/right now/ He silently added while running his fingers over her maw. Feeling the coarse yet soft fur, which dusted her body with so many different colors and patterns it would have made an artist, envy her. And she was stunning; she was beautiful and divine in every way imaginable. She was Jo. Humming softly once more, he stroked her ears while slowly removing some of the smaller pieces of glass. With every whine, whimper or twitch he would murmur comforting words, laced with apologies. With each glass removed he placed it beside the needle and morphine. Still stroking her ears as he found some salve ointment in his back pocket. He carefully spread it on the open wounds while dabbing blood away with his black jacket. Pulling Jo's head onto his lap with cautious hands he hummed still as he worked. Though listening closely for anyone that may cause trouble.
" Three words, eight letters, so difficult to say. They're stuck inside of me, they try and stay away. But this is too important to let them have their way. I need to do it now, I must do it today. I am sorry."

She takes me away to that special place Jamie smiled and nodded. "I never smoked. I never tried" she said, remembering her past. She leaned on the side of the cage, her knees were up and the magazine was resting on her knees but fell onto her chest as she put all her attention onto Rachel.
We see the shadows that are falling from your eyes Johnathan wasn't even going to even try to budge. He wasn't going anywhere and definitely when Jack told him to leave. A mere doctor working for USASI wasn't going to tell him what to do. He was about to say something when Jesse, a large tall muscled wall barged in, demanding an answer. "Excuse me?" he said, narrowing his eyes at Jesse. "It's none of your business" he said turning away from Jesse and looked back at Jack, ignoring Jesse and his demanding question.
Don't look into my eyes to look into my heart... A small soft smile grew on Yami's lips as he continued to pet Evie's head gently. "I could watch Tyler for hours when he was sleeping" he commented as he kept his eyes on Evie. As he inhaled deeply he caught the scent of tears, glancing at Rook, the smile fading and a frown appearing and his eyes clearly showed he was worried. "Are you alright, Rook?" he asked, his voice also showing concern.

I'm so free I could laccerate...
"Yeah, you really don't want to, it's overrated." She nodded. Everything had been so cumbersome when she was a smoker, and yet with a free pair of lungs life was somewhat easier. She could run now without falling down and dying... well, for a while. The remnants of that filthy habit still lingered with her in the form of asthma, stabbing her in the diaphragm and closing everything off should she try and breathe. Not cool.
"My brother's a smoker, it does me head in." She said, rolling her eyes. "He's got like, blatantly no regard for anyone else and just wafts his fag-smoke all over your face, it's annoying." She said, grumbling slightly as she picked at a little hole forming in the knee of her jeans.Swallow, smile...
He didn't know what to say, or to feel. The presence of this new human being in the room was making it rather crowded, but it seemed to be a fact that bypassed Jack. His eyes were softly cast across Carmella's slumbering face, beneath the oxygen mask and the wires... this was not where she was supposed to be. Carmella's denouement was her livelihood, her spirit, and that was now closed away inside a dying body. And she may never wake.
And now, if she did wake... she would see him and hate him. Everything Johnathan had told her, was wrong. The truth, in it's shaky, incomplete form, was wrong. He wanted to tell her, to explain to her what they had done to him to force him to kill his wife, but would she listen? Probably not. Thanks to Johnathan, they were finished.I woke with wings from Lucid Dreams
"Yeah... yeah I'm fine." She said, running a finger under her eyes to dispell the saline tears. "I dunno what that's all about to be honest." She gave a slightly awkward laugh, shifting Evie's weight on her hip to a more comfortable position. Really, she should take the girl inside and settle her down somewhere, but she didn't want to let her go.
"They are like angels when they're asleep." She said quietly, brushing a stray strand of silver hair from the girl's closed eyes, her dozing features so akin to her father it was almost untrue.

"I make it my business," Jesse replied, stepping into the room and forcing himself into Jonathan's eyeline. "Did you do that to her?" his voice was more commanding this time. He wasn't one to back down when he wanted to find something out. It was weird that only an hour or so ago that woman had been full of life, now she was barely clinging onto life. He glanced behind him at Jack, who didn’t seem to want to join in the conversation. He shrugged and turned back to Jonathan.

She takes me away to that special place Jamie nodded, understanding her. "I'm an only child." she said finally closing the magazine and placed it on top of the other magazines that were in her cage with her. "Sometimes it would have been nice to have a brother or a sister" she said, thinking about not being alone when she was growing up.
Don't look into my eyes to look into my heart... Yami smiled, trying to help her out in some way. "Yeah they are" he replied, Evie was just one of the many little devils out there that looked so sweet and angelic while they were asleep. "She does look like Will" he said, he stopped petting Evie's head a while ago now.
Shivering he looked around. "I think we should get inside. We don't want little Missy over here waking up because of the cold" he said, looking back at Rook. He waited for her, it was her decision to come inside or not.
We see the shadows that are falling from your eyes He looked at Jesse, his size didn't faze Johnathan. The bigger they are the harder they fall. His hazel eyes were dark and cold as they stared into Jesse's. "It's not your business" he said, his voice harsh and cold as usual and very commanding as always.

Tori ceased to make another move, a yelp and low growls reaching her sensitive ears. She paused eyes searching the darkness; the ice colored orbs seemed to glow with their own light. The sounds were not dog like and were deeper than your usual house pet. The alpha laughed hysterically into the shadows and blackness that engulfed all of them. “Little Red Riding Hood followed the Big Bad wolf after her grandmother is swallowed. What a strange thing to do, your brain must be hollowed. Stay behind my tail, and I might not nail you,” she said lyrically continuing to walk back to the lab. This person following her was due a visit the lab, she didn’t remember there being a female wolf DNA in the log. She minds well get two in one and turn Kaitey in so they could test her. Oh but then music like broken strings reached her thoughts. Why had the girl followed Skyler here?…She must have been close, perhaps suspicious, curious, jealous? She tingled to know more. She arrived at the lab the elk-boy still passed out across her shoulders. She climbed the steps and burst through the doors, her face jolly with her first successful hunt. “Ladies and gents do not be alarmed,” she said as made her way to the cage room. She walked past the room, and peered inside. A boy and his dog surrounded by a space full of chemicals, blood, stuffing and shards of glass. Interesting, she wished she had been there to see what the commotion was about. She came to the nearest cage, opened and tossed in the boy. She watched for a moment to make sure Skyler’s sides were still rising and falling. She watched him sleep for a few moments before loosing interest and made her way out to the front of the USASI lab. Tori stood at the tops of the steps over looking the streets in hopes of catching sight of this stalker. She morphed to her raven-dragon form and took off to the sky, wings carrying her high into the hair. ~~~~~~~~~
Kaitey was glaring right back as icy blue eyes swept over her in the shadows. She felt intimidated though, by the hysteria being emmited from the Alpha. “Little Red Riding Hood followed the Big Bad wolf after her grandmother is swallowed. What a strange thing to do, your brain must be hollowed. Stay behind my tail, and I might not nail you,” Clever. Kaitey chuckled to herself as she once again got serious and boldly followed Tori back to the lab. Of course, she wasn't yet sure if they had watched the survalience videos yet. Because so far, nobody knew it was Kaitey behind the wolf mask. She couldn't help but wonder what the larger female was thinking. Her fur tingled as she once again saw the lab looming right ahead of her. It felt so more dangerous when she wasn't blind with fury or sorrow. Anothe rlow undertone of a growl sounded in her throat as she saw the limp body of Skyler carried into the lab. Her ears cocked forwards as she tried to peer into the cage room. It sent a shudder down her spine again. What a horrible, horrible place. And Skyler was in there. In a CAGE. The growl once again deepened, and Kaitey took one more step forward before seeing the Alpha step out once more. She froze in her steps, watching as the other girl morphed into some kind of freaky black bird and flew off. Oh great. A birds eye view. She shifted nervously. The lab was open, and she could walk in. Then again, if Tori easily saw her, she would be Right there. Kaitey slowly turned around, and ran the opposite direction. Yes, she cared about Skyler, but Kaitey expected that she would be in the cage room soon enough.

I'm calling out for a hero to find me -Michael Prowler Michael barely reacted to the other experiments leaving. His ears moved to a relaxed position. The rain still fell onto his body, clinging to him, draining all the heat from his body. He felt numb as he managed to push himself to his feet and head to place he hoped was deserted. The beach, his hunch being right. Michael's crystal blue gaze watched the waves as they crashed against the shore. He didn't go onto the shore, instead walking onto the pier. He wasn't suicidal, no matter what it looked like. His hand was placed on the side of the banister as he reached the end, his free hand pushed into his pocket, holding onto the necklace his mother had owned before she passed away. His eyes were filled with tears. He pulled himself onto the bar stopping people from falling into the water, his feet placed on the bar below it. This was where he wanted to be, a place deserted where no one could so him, no one could judge him. His tail was also wrapped around the bar, not fully trusting himself not to fall off. Glistening tears ran down the pale flesh, his hair clinging to his neck and cheeks. His heart was beating quickly, just listening to the crashing of waves, the gulls screeching. All of it seemed so calm, his grip relaxing on the bar. Big mistake. His body jutted forward, a cry breaking from his lips as he whirled around in time, his hand clinging onto the damp bar, eyes wide. His throat was dry, his other hand reaching up to grasp hold of the bar and trying to hoist himself up. That would be if it hadn't lost grip again and slammed against the wood. Another cry broke from his lips at the sharp pain that ran up it. Michael couldn't lift himself up with one arm, heck, he doubted with both of his arm's in the current situation. His grip was weak, his eyes forced shut. Below him was the crashing, most likely cold waves. He was fully clothed. He was screwed if he let go, and if he shifted that wouldn't help. There was only one thing to do in this kind of situation. " HELP! Please someone help!" Michael managed to cry out, but it was most likely not loud enough for anyone to hear. He was scared to say the least as his body quaked. Why had he been this stupid in the first place? Of course he was going to slip into the water, life just hated him to no end. Cold seeped into every pore, unsure if he was even going to remain conscious for long, the cold finally getting to him.

Of course Seth's fine ears picked up each sound, the ruffling of fabric against skin. The friction between the two surfaces. What a amusing sound it was. About to answer on where the wet clothing should be placed, it seemed Sasha answered her own question. Not putting anymore thought into it, the sudden wave of aroma that clouded the room brought some interesting reactions from Seth. Turning to find a feline on the ground licking itself dry, the man's brows crocked up in suspicion. Did.... Smouldering flames of hate flickered within his chocolate like eyes. Bubbling viciously with clear dangerous intent. But, Seth voiced none of his anger while smoothing out his expression with his sure hands. He found that without his actual consent that his finger shad found their way into Sasha's pelt, combing the soft fur with his calloused hands.
" So much has changed hasn't it?" never forget that you are my heart, you are my soul [/size][/color][/center] Sasha looked up at him as he stroked her damp fur. She wished she was not as wet so she would spend less time drying off and more time talking to him. She stoped for a minute to say softly, "Yes, sadly my DNA has but I haven't." She said as she rubbed her head against his hand purring loudly her ears back and eyes closed in contentment. She reopened her eyes and licked at her fur a bit more still purring. If you looked close you would think the feline girl was smiling and hey maybe she was. She flicked her tail a bit as she dried herself off.

Are you truly alive? 'Let me out!' was shrieking through her mind. She felt her sharpened nails screech against the tough metal, leaving shallow scars. The teen's hair was wild, covering her face, covering closed eyes. Her lips were pursed together in frustration. Why was this so hard?! A low, rattling hiss escaped her mouth. She slammed her sturdy body into the door again, now dented by many attempts. Of course, she knew why she was in a cage. She had been 'naughty'. Well if attacking the scientist and almost ripping everybody's throats out was considered naughty. The low undertone of a growl was bellowing through her whole body. She was going to have to break out somehow. Eyelids fluttered open, revealing brilliant amber eyes. The only visible feature in the dark closed space of the cage. They would have been softer if this wasn't the current situation. At the moment her yellow optics were glazed over, an icy tint to them. Once again she slammed her body into the wall of the cage, hearing another useless heavy thud. Her side throbbed. There wasn't any doubt in her pain-shot mind that her whole right side would be a deep purple in the morning. Natalie cringed. Maybe she should stop for the moment.
The vampire girl slumped against the back of the cage, grumbling. Why did they want HER? Why not some other unlucky bitch? She sighed, an irritated tone in her voice. Maybe she could persuade the next person that come along to let her out. Highly unlikely, but worth a shot. A heavy pant escaped her mouth. Why was escaping so HARD? She felt the toll of slamming into a steel wall for about 2 hours could do nonstop. She cringed as the cold metal touched the soft, tender flesh of her bare arm. Didn't think that out. She already saw the pale skin with with deep purple and green blotches splattered across her arm. Natalie was too tired to see what it had done to the rest of her body, but she was just grateful they had avoided electric collars.
'No Natalie, don't give up. She hissed to herself. Oh great, now she was motivating herself into suicide. With another hefty growl, and without thinking, she slammed her bruised side into the cage door. It only proved useless. "FUUUCK!" She screamed, face flushed. It had been bottled up inside of her all day, anyway. She didn't care what the scientists thought. She'd scream like a freakin' harpy if she had to. But boy, that last attempt hurt more than ever. Before she had taken a break, the area had still been numb. And now that it was screaming 'Stop hurting yourself, idiot!', she realized how painful it really was. "Damn it....." A mumble was heard before a heavy thud against the back of the cage sounded. Exhaustion has conquered Natalie, and she needed her sleep desperately. Even though she knew it wouldn't last long, Natalie was comfortable in the cold corner of the cage. She had cringed as the cool metal touched the tender flesh again, but once she had gotten used to it and settled in, the steel worked as an ice pack. Hopefully three hours of sleep could keep her going. It always did. -two hours-
A tired groan could be heard from the cage as the girl awoke, hitting her head on the metal as she tried to stretch. A soft 'dammit' was heard. Of course. She always only slept two or three hours. Four if she was lucky. And luck didn't seem to be on Natalie's side these days. As she tried to stand, the teen felt her knees buckle under her and her side burst with a sharp pain. The hiss of inhaled air could be heard as she held her tounge and bit down on her bottom lip, drawing small dots of blood. Then reality hit her again. She was wondering why she couldn't move, when she remembered that all of what happened WASN'T a nightmare. It was her life. And she was in a cage too small for her, that blocked out the rest of the world except for some air slots. She growled to herself as she remembered the pain in her side. Bashing against the slightly-dented door. She didn't bleed, but some part of Natalie was broken, and her side was a sickly purple colo, just as she expected. Well then what could she do? Just sit there and wait? Apparently so.

Ianalee looked around and shifted to her dragon form. Spreading her wings she jumped off the top of the building swiftly taking to the sky off towards the lab. She flew lower when she got closer. She landed back legs first then planting her front legs. She shifted human and walked toward the cage room window. She closed her eyes for a minute trying to pass her major sudden head ache and pain in her sides. She leaned on the window sill groaning she pushed the window open carefully working her way inside. She looked around feeling light headed, tired and in a good amount of pain. "Hello?" She called looking around the cage room. She was starting to hate how she could sometimes feel other's pain and feelings. But she may go nuts if she felt the full force of it or even was fully psycich and able to read minds. Knowing if a guy hated your guts before he told you? Not for her. But nope she ended up with feeling pain of others. Maybe that was why she was here. She looked around a bit more limping a bit from the pain she felt. "I know some one is here please answer." She said leaning on a wall her vision not the best for some reason as though something in her mind was conflicting with something else.

Natalie's ears picked up the sound of wind being cut as a pair of wings beat below the window, before the sound of the wind opening rang through the cage room. Oh hell no. There wasn't any way on God's good earth she was going to be rescued. That was WAY too heroic. She's rather do the kill-a scientist and move on kind of thing. A pained 'Hello' echoed across. She ignored it. Her throat was dry, and her bones ached. She wasn't going to respond to a 'hello', even if her tiny closed cage was the most obvious there. "I know some one is here please answer." Natalie almost chucked to herself. Alright, I'll answer. "Fuck off!" She growled, almost yelling it. The vampire was in no mood to be disturbed, or to move. Or to be fed shit on 'how great it was outside' or 'Please, oh please let me help you.' "Go find an Alpha, or I'll do it for you." She growled louder, almost threatening. Another experiment, some kind of deer DNA, had just been thrown in. By an Alpha. So there was one close. Please.. just.. go. Natalie sighed again, her voice gruffer. It was obvious that she was tired, and if the cage was see-through, black rings carried their way down to make her look dead. With her last comment, Natalie jabbed her good elbow into the metal, making a large PANG sound.

The pine colored eyes slowly, reluctantly opened. His eyelids pulled shut like a clam disturbed by the current. He tried again, eyes straining to look beyond the light that poured into the room. Things began to come into focus blurry gray and flesh colored objects coming into view. What was the sun doing here at night…no it was just flood light outside. First came his sight and his other senses slowly began to awake as well. His ears flicked and he moaned burying his head in his arms as he lay on the cold metal floor. This screeching of voices rattled his brain from the inside out his mouth ajar in a meek murmur of abuse. Skyler blinked sitting up back resting on the bars of the cage, his dark brown bangs falling over his eyes. Then that burst of sound hit him again this time it came in the form of words, dirty words. He growled drunkenly into the room. “Could whoever…use their inside voices?...” he said voice lacking any life to the dragon and cougar girl. He swallowed hard his throat wallowing in pain. He let his antlers catch the metal railings, so his head didn’t hang. Then like lightning from the sky he felt his cheek ping with burning sensation. His hand flew up to his cheek and then in front of his eyes and saw sickening scarlet color of his own blood. He wiped the blood hastily away on the card lock of the cage, cursing under his ragged breath. Skyler tried to remain conscious and a good way to do it was engage himself with something. “So who’s there? You folkets new?” he called out aimlessly.

Ianalee was quite for a moment as she heard the not very welcoming voice from the female. Moving over to the now a wake male she lifted her hand to her jaw feeling a very faint pain in her own. She was glad that the pain she felt from the female had died down a lot more. It seemed like some times she felt things more then other times. She looked at Skyler her hazel eyes flecked with blue it seemed. She knelt down looking at him noticing his horns. She softly said, "Are you okay?" She sat her eyes soft her mind no longer on the risk from ebing in the place she was but towards the two injured people in the room she was in. She watched him looking over to the other girl now and then.

Skyler laughed bluntly at the question. How was he? What it not written all over his face? “Ha, I feel like Bob Saget, I’ll manage, thanks,” he snorted flicking back the hot wet strands of hair from his face. “This is what they do to you when you don’t have insurance,” he mused. He finally looked up to see where the gentle voice from coming from and was met with a fair faced girl. She looked approachable enough. Her eyes were especially interesting contrasted from her paler skin, which consisted of both ocean and earth. “So you got a name or a number they call you? I’m Skyler, been ere’ a while,” he asked the girl, wiping sweat from his upper lip.

"I have new you could say. I am Ianalee." She said looking around. She found a box of tissues and went over grabbing a few going back to Skyler handing him some through the bars. She looked into his ever green colored eyes seeing how he did not want to be here in the lab and in pain. She could feel some of the pain he was in and with her free hand she rubbed her chin. Ianalee sat looking the lock over not sure if she would be able to open it being as it was she was busted out as she would not have been able to get out on her own any way.

"You feel like a freshman yet? Takes some time getting used to this fiasco," he said watching her has she stood for a moment, curiously lifting a thick eyebrow. Well that was a generous gesture. He took the tissues gratefully from her hand. "Why thank you," he said, gingerly dabbing the white cotton to his split skin that consisted of three individual gashes. He hoped it wouldn't scar. "Ianalee, flattering name, what kinda DNA you got?" he replied, feeling his shoulders begin to relax with the human presence. "So how's it you're out there...and still here? You enjoying the faculty's buffet?" he pointed out. As soon as he got a chance out of the cage his target was the door under the green exit sign.
