[glow=cyan,10,400]Autumn[/glow] Autumn walked around the alley ways her eyes looking around at the things in the alley way. When she saw a box move and a cat hiss she began to run now in her ocelot form. She looked back to see the alley cat behind her hissing. Autumn jumped grabing onto a fire escape ladder and pulling herself up she hissed at the large feral alley cat. The cat left after a while later. She sat on the fire escape for a bit before jumping down and running forward a bit as she used the momentum from falling to push forward to even out the impact. She slowed and looked around ears perked. She then continued to walk along ears back the white dots in the center of the tops of her ears seeming to glow a light blue in the dim light.

Zack chuckled as his eyes left Will and fixed on the group of boys, they had suddenly gone silent, before they all seemed to speak at once, to each other, words of defence, insult and accusation. It was like watching a flock of vultures bickering over a carcass, and quickly the group disbursed, apparently Will's comment had caused some upset. At this thought Zack grinned, turning back to Will. A smile graced Zack’s lips, his tail flicking lazily beside him. He glanced at the sky, dark grey clouds were drifting over the sun and droplets of rain were already beginning to fall. His ears fell back slightly, although Zack loved water he wasn’t a fan of rain. “We should probably move,” he said slowly, raising to his feet, not really wanting to get a soaking.

Maddie saw what was making all the noise, a new experiment. She shifted cat and went loping down the alley and gathered herself to pounce on the unsuspecting girl. She let out a yowl and hissed, "Be still and tell me who you are or else!" Of course this is coming from a spy. Not like she had much to work with besides a frog, bat, and cat. But she'd figure something out if it came to that.

Not sure where he was going, or how he was going to get their. The canine's long legs danced over the polished floors. Happily scratching them up with soft brushes of his lovely bleached claws. Aware of a soft breeze that caressed his body as he moved. Softly goading at his pelt and splashing his fire around him like a inferno. Thick orangeish red hairs weaving in every direction imaginable to man. Paws slapping with no mercy, he ghosted his way around the building. Carefully to turn corners when he heard a beating heart or a muttered voice. He really couldn't help that his mind was racing and his large heart fluttering with anxiety. Everything about this place screamed unnatural and wrong at him, making his fur bristle up with apprehension. He didn't like being here, and the only reason he was because of a signal drive. Someone he loved was within these walls. And as long as she was, he wouldn't stop till he had her in his arms. Even if, she didn't want to be there.
A painful reality of that possibly was starting to sink in, and it was causing his paws to move slower, his body to feel worn and drained. All this time of running was catching up with him, just as his human form was taking the effects, now so was his animal forms. Tongue rolling out of his maw, perhaps he panted a little too hard. Almost as if the air in here was lacking oxygen. Shuddering at the thought, his thick pelt rippled magnificently. Even if it's stunning silky shine was nothing more then a dull highlight. Malnutrition was clear on every part of his body, just as it was in his human form. Kira didn't have time to stop and eat, or by vitamins or things that he normally would do too keep himself at the top of his game. If he did that, he would be putting innocent people at risk. It was Kira's life to save other not to put them in the way of danger.
Freezing, his whole body came to an abrupt halt. What was that sound? Head crocked and ears swerving as the banging and breaking of glass could be heard. Now, who would be destroying stuff? Flinching as something went flying against a wall, and clearly broke as the little patter of object finding the ground soaked into his listening ears. Then the ventilation system here carried some no so pleasant smells. But one aroma above all was what sent Kira running headlong down the halls.
Blood. Thick, disgusting and mind altering. That rusty scent seemed to have a fun time assaulting the poor canine's delicate nose. Even if Kira paid no mind to it, what he saw when he turned a corner and paced right into a room he held much hate for. It shocked him, stole his breath from his lungs and jumpstarted his already fluttering heart.
Kira was in such a point of alarm that he shifted right there. Body, cracking and pulling till it found his human shape. Why did it suddenly ache to shift? Why was the ache so close to his heart? With shaky hands and every shakier steps, Kira approached the bloodied person of whom he loved. Kneeling by the animals side, he couldn't help but run his gentle, yet trembling hands over her reddened pelt. It looked so ugly red.
" Jo? Jo, you're going to be fine. Just stay with me here."
Kira didn't have time to analyze the damage of the room, for the glass sticking out of the canine's hide was sickening. The white-haired man had been careful to lace his voice with calmness something he learned in his younger years. Hands flickering over her body, checking for damage inside rather then the outside. He reached for his pockets. Oh god... He had just limited supplies. Grinding his teeth, the man glanced behind him, he couldn't hear any footfalls or hearts beating. So for now. They were alone.

[glow=cyan,10,400]Autumn[/glow] Autumn found herself pinned and the voice startled her. She looked to see a different cat on top of her. She looked into the other cats eyes her own reflecting the cat on top of her's face. "Get off me!" Autumn hissed. She wiggled a bit, pushed her body against the floor and the other cat to get up. She moved swiftly to her feet once she managed to get out from under the cat. "If you wanted my name you could have asked and not with force. My name is Autumn." She said shaking a bit of dirt from her fur as she then sat looking at the slightly smaller cat her ears back watching closely.

Will didn't bother hiding his vast amusement at the babbling group or reared into an uproar of protest and defensive comments which meant one blended into another and it took an effort to decipher their words, not that he was bothered so therefore, didn't even try. He sighed contently, licking the last of the warmth and taste of the other male from his lips as he reclined back on his hands and arched his back with a small growl of satisfaction as he stretched before he glanced up the sky as a fat, icy drop of rain fell down his cheek and he gasped as another slid down his neck, making his trembled slightly at the chill. He looked to the leopard and nodded, he enjoyed the rain, but figured the other male didn't by his haste to escape the light shower. He stood up, brushing the sand from his shorts and waiting patiently for the other to join him, a small content smile on his lips.

It felt like Jo had been laying there for hours, not a just few minets. Her body shivered and shook, her fur lay flat against her body, making her seem surprisingly small. It was weird to see Jo so small, always being one to stand to her full height and stand up for herself, but now she seemed so... helpless. Even when she regressed into herself she always kept a fighting spirit with her, she was always ready to attack, but now all she could do was lay there, bleeding. She was barely conscious. It took too much effort to open her eyes, her ears pined back, rejecting any noise that it picked up, her nose had a large cut across it and red blood trickled from the cut and dripped onto the once white tiles.
She could hear footsteps in the distance, but they were muffled, like they were behind a door, or, considering these were her sensitive wild dog ears, over the other side of the lab. But they came closer and closer until she felt a hand run over her body. She shivered at the touch, a pathetic whimper leaving her slightly parted jaws, blood combining with saliver from the cuts inside her mouth. Then she heard a reassuring voice. A voice she knew all too well and one of the last voices she would have thought she would have heard. Kira. Great, just great, now she was hallucinating! Well, she /was/ hallucinating, wasn’t she? After all, the chances of Kira being here were slim to none, she hadn’t seen him in months, hadn’t seen Indi in ages either. So what are the chances that he would be here right now? No, it had to be a scientist or something. But she didn’t try to get away, if it had been a scientist she would have done everything in her power to get away, but she just lay there.

Tori ceased to make another move, a yelp and low growls reaching her sensitive ears. She paused eyes searching the darkness; the ice colored orbs seemed to glow with their own light. The sounds were not dog like and were deeper than your usual house pet. The alpha laughed hysterically into the shadows and blackness that engulfed all of them. “Little Red Riding Hood followed the Big Bad wolf after her grandmother is swallowed. What a strange thing to do, your brain must be hollowed. Stay behind my tail, and I might not nail you,” she said lyrically continuing to walk back to the lab. This person following her was due a visit the lab, she didn’t remember there being a female wolf DNA in the log. She minds well get two in one and turn Kaitey in so they could test her. Oh but then music like broken strings reached her thoughts. Why had the girl followed Skyler here?…She must have been close, perhaps suspicious, curious, jealous? She tingled to know more. She arrived at the lab the elk-boy still passed out across her shoulders. She climbed the steps and burst through the doors, her face jolly with her first successful hunt. “Ladies and gents do not be alarmed,” she said as made her way to the cage room. She walked past the room, and peered inside. A boy and his dog surrounded by a space full of chemicals, blood, stuffing and shards of glass. Interesting, she wished she had been there to see what the commotion was about. She came to the nearest cage, opened and tossed in the boy. She watched for a moment to make sure Skyler’s sides were still rising and falling. She watched him sleep for a few moments before loosing interest and made her way out to the front of the USASI lab. Tori stood at the tops of the steps over looking the streets in hopes of catching sight of this stalker. She morphed to her raven-dragon form and took off to the sky, wings carrying her high into the hair.

It was insanely agonizing to see Jo like this, her body shook under his hands. It felt so wrong and out of place. The male didn't dare move her, scared to see what was on the side she laid on. Perhaps damage was worse, maybe not. Only now notice how destroyed the room was, did he started working what pushed Jo to this state. Still feeling around in his pockets. He located a vile of morphine. His personal favorite painkiller, but the side effects... Well let's not go there. Now he needed a needle. Kira wasn't one to carry around just things, so looking at the chaotic room, he was sure there had to be some, somewhere. Stroking, Jo one more time with a feather light touch, he stood. The sooner she was out of pain the better, though the morphine would dull the senses. Maybe it's better that way.
Moving wreckage and lifting up shelves that had either fallen or were no longer attached to the wall. Everything was in pieces, shattered glass, torn wood. It was an insane mess. Carefully finding his way around the room, he located a cabinet that had fallen over, in it were multiple needles. All empty and ready to use. Though the fact most of them had shattered upon contact with the floor. It may be a challenge with in itself to locate a workable syringe. Carefully, with skilled hands he moved aside broken glass and other sharp objects. Till he at last found a needle that wasn't in pieces. Shaking the vile of morphine then filling the syringe, he flicked the needle a view times before getting any air that may have been in it out.
Moving back over to Jo, his eyes held much pain as he kneeled before her. Carefully, he lifted her leg and parted the fur with two fingers. Viewing the skin, with ease he slipped the point in. Injecting the painkiller slowly, he massaged the spot after doing so. Placing the used needle beside him, he put the morphine vile beside it. He hoped he estimated the dosage correctly. If anything he may have not given her enough. Meaning the drug would only last so long. Waiting a few moments, he counted in his head. Waiting for it too come into effect. Only then could he start to goad and pressed more on her body. To figure out just how bad of a situation Jo was in. All the while, he hummed softly. Voice easing around in the room and filling it with a warmth for how little long it would last. Humming often calmed Kira in his work, kept his mind clear and unclouded. So with little hope, he hummed for Jo.

Zack stood up and frowned in annoyance at the grey clouds that had so quickly accumulated. He sighed lightly as the rain began to pour down, he immediately started walking as soon as the first drop hit him. He glanced back to make sure Will was following, smiling happily at the silver haired male as he did so. “Guess now’s as good a time as any to claim a room in that restaurant of yours, hey?” he suggested, heading in the direction of the hide-out.

Will shivered slightly and paused to try and brush the drops that were clinging to his exposed torso, his efforts fruitless as he quickly sought to keep up with the other, his shorts sticking to his body and his skin was soon slick with rain, seeing as the shorts were the only item of clothing he wore. "If there are rooms left" he commented with a smirk, but since some of the experiments have taken to sharing or moving out, there should be some room" he prompted with a smile, threading his slender fingers through his damp silver hair which began to fall across his face in slick strands when the water dragged it down with its weight. He was mildly relieved when the small alley way leading towards the restaurant bore them a bit more shelter from the rain.

She takes me away to that special place "An elephant?" she asked, her smile still on her face. "Wow.. I won't like to be that" she said, laughing as she turned the page to the NME magazine. "Definitely not with a big behind" she said, her attention going back to the page she was reading.
We see the shadows that are falling from your eyes "Okay, I might have said something about Hannah and upset her unintentionally" he confessed, sighing. He really didn't think anything of it, he thought he was just making general conversation with Carmella but really knew that it would piss her off, if that makes sense?
Don't look into my eyes to look into my heart... Yami smiled, laughing quietly, noticing that the toddler was nodding off. "Nah" he confessed walking up to Rook and to Rook's side where Evie was. He began to stroke the top of her head gently "Ssh" he whispered "Go to sleep" he whispered in Evie's ear.

It was amazing how much Jesse had zoned out by the simple mention of Jack's surname. An hour or so had to have gone past before Jesse suddenly focused and realised the cage room was empty. He looked around, no sign of Carmella or that John guy. He sighed, running a hand through his hair and shuffling to the edge of his cage. He reached between the bars and rolled his fingers around the lock. He examined it for a moment before moving backward again. He was wearing a simple white vest with an army jacket over his shoulders. His trousers were black, baggy and covered in pockets. They had gone through all the pockets they could find, but that was the beauty of the trousers, you couldn't find all of the pockets unless you had spent ages going through them.
Jesse lifted his leg up and ran his fingers along the side, until they brushed against the subtly changed stitching where there looked to be no pocket. His fingers were large and bulky, but surprisingly nimble as he undid the stitching and took out a hair clip. He smirked as he moved forward again and inserted the clip into the lock. It didn’t take long before a click rang out and the door to the cage swung open. Jesse took his first step out of the cage in weeks. His back ached from the lack of space and his bones clicked as he stretched is stiff muzzles.
Now he was free, he needed to find the exit to this place. He made his was out of the cage room, keeping a look out for staff members as he did so. He moved down a corridor and through a double door, opening both doors as he moved through them. He glanced in at every open door he passed, wondering if there would be a window large enough for him to climb out of. Thinking about it, he wasn’t even sure what floor he was on. He would have to be careful not to leap out of a window only to find out he was on the fourth floor or something.
As he passed by one door he could hear people talking. He frowned as he heard the voice of that Jonathan guy, he paused, as a scent tickled his nose. It was a scent he knew all too well, the smell of blood. But he was surprised that he could smell it without being able to see it, it felt like fresh blood, not the sort coming off of a rotting corpse. He turned around and headed to the door that was ajar, he paused outside of the door and listened carefully.

I'm so free I could laccerate...
Rachel laughed, a vague snortish laugh riding on a rather chesty exhlation. Eugh. Asthma. "Yeah it'd be kind of... in the way. All the time." She said, raising an eyebrow as she sank into the chair in the corner. "I think I miss out on qualifying for the needle. Shame really I wouldn't mind a bit of DNA... to stand out for once instead of live like a shadow." She shrugged. Nineteen years of life spent under obscurity from her successful older brother, and now she finally had something, and it wasn't good enough. Just to be different... she'd give the world.Swallow, smile...
Jack stood up, the clipboard falling from his lap as he leant across the foot of the bed, a rather livid, dark axpression cast like daggers through his glossy blue eyes, flashing fiery fury back at Johnathan. "What did you say to her?" He said darkly, almost shaking with anticipation of what he had told her. He knew how Johnathan's mind worked. He knew the sort of thing he would say. The truth... and the truth was not always what it seemed. If he had told Carmella what had happened fourteen years ago, he could have ended everything.I woke with wings from Lucid Dreams
Rook laughed, watching Yami with quiet contemplation, and Evie snuggled against her side with her eyes closed. "Shame. You really are brilliant with her." She said quietly, gripping Evie's little hand, feeling the tiny fingers close around the side of her palm comfortably. Her amber eyes flicked back to her slumbering daughter, her entirity given up for the love of the girl, her life forfeit to make sure everything about Evie, every waking minute of her life was perfect. The sort of childhood she would have enjoyed, had it not been dashed by high-ranking twatbag officials. It was then, in her mind, she promissed to herself she wouldn't let anything happen to Evie. Not one single thing.

It was no secret that the way this boy reacted perplexed Sin, though she was sure he felt the same way with her. Suddenly, the black canine swerved and was trotting away from Michael. Ears twisted so they could hear behind her as she moved forward. Letting the rain soak in her sleek pelt. How she adored the rain. Where was she going? Home of course. Too retreat once more to her dusted room. It had become habit for the female. To hide within the walls of the hideout like that of a ghost. Being unnoticed and unheard of. So the female dingo, after glancing around shifted, clothing sticking to her skin annoyingly as she approached HQ. Oddly, it was silent, but for the exception of the light patter of drops breaking against the earth.
Slender hand wrapping around the door handle she opened to find the room empty. Slowly moving in, with relaxed shoulders and lazy eyes. For once her fragile body wasn't ridged with stress. Rubbing her chilled hands together before sitting ontop of a table, the women watched the ceiling. Bored? Nope. This had been the most time she had spent out of her room in some time. She wasn't about to waste it.
" The rain. Isn't it lovely? "

She takes me away to that special place Jamie just simply laughed. "True, very true" she said "Having African elephant ears would be murder or even having a trunk instead of having small dog ears or something" she added. Alarmed she looking back up at Rachel, she had noticed the rasp like sound when Rachel laughed. "Are you alright?" she asked, her head tilted to the side.
We see the shadows that are falling from your eyes "I told her the truth, Jack." he said, he wouldn't say anything more or try not to but he just couldn't let an opportunity like this pass. "I would have thought that you would have already told her that you had killed Hannah" he said walking to wards Carmella's still form. His eyes were fixed on Carmella's face. Pulling a hand out of his pockets he brushed some of her hair out of her face then looked back at Jack. "Does she remind you of Hannah, Jack? Do you only love her because you need someone to be there?" he asked, a dark smug smirk on his face.
Don't look into my eyes to look into my heart... "Thanks" he said smiling at Rook. "Maybe it's because I had a lot of practice. I had to look after my younger brothers and sisters before I had Tyler" he said, still petting Evie's head gently. He looked down at Evie, a warm smile on his face.

"Ah, I think my nose is big enough already thanks." She said with a grin, ruffling her untidy fringe. "And yeah, don't worry it's the ex-smoker's asthma-chesd." She said, waving a hand as she coughed. "Suffered from it for years, I was a right little rebel when I started secondary school." She said with a twitching grin, sitting back in the comfy chair. Swallow, smile...
His expression didn't falter. Pure unadulterated despair and dislike painted across his eyes, the liquidity there around his irises. "Get out." He said, though his voice no longer held any threat. It was heavy and laden with the pure tragedy of fourteen years of grief, and the newly grown burden of Carmella's lucid state, her comatosed body spead beneath him unmoving, unflatered, drained of colour and on the brink of life. And even if she did survive, now he would lose her. And as for Johnathan's words... she would never be Hannah. She was no replacement or substitute. They were incomparable. Both strong in different ways. Hannah was so loyal, so determined, and Carmella so furious and gung-ho... how could anyone ever compare them? And when it came to Hannah's death... he no longer blamed himself. He blamed the man who forced him to pull the trigger. He blamed Johnathan. The problem was, Jack would never be the man to pull a gun and press the trigger and end this psychological torture. He knew who would... which was why no-one, ever, could let Rook know. If she found Johnathan she would kill him. He did not deserve to die. Death was too good for him.I woke with wings from Lucid Dreams
"Well, clearly it's worked well." She said softly, running her thumb over the incredible soft skin on the back of Evie's little hand, almost feeling her heart beat in time with her beloved daughter, two beings in symbiosis. When she was asleep, there was no more beautiful creature on this Earth. Of course, when she was a wake she was a pain in the arse but when sleeping... She was an angel. "I can't ever bear to let her go when she sleeps." She said quietly, feeling the weight beginning to get to her arm, and soft tears form in her eyes. What the hell, why was she crying? Pff.

Jesse waited outside, his steady breathing all he could hear, he frowned at Jonathan's words, something about that guy just made Jesse hate him. It wasn't often Jesse took such an instant dislike to someone, but with John something just made him twitch. He continued to listen, until it finally twigged. “Carmella,” he breathed her name and a growl ran through his body. No, not a growl, a roar. A bear-like roar. Jesse staggered back a few paces, surprise written all over his face, did he seriously just make that noise? But two words that reached his ears made him forget the roar. Jack’s words were lacking in a decent threat, which was really what spurred Jesse to jump forward, throwing the door open and glaring at John.
He stood in the open doorway, not really thinking as far as to know what he would do now he was in here, he only knew he hated John and John was wearing someone else down to the point where they could hardly fight back. His brown eyes darted around the room, falling on Jack’s face, then on Carmella laying listlessly, he had to wait a few moments before the reassurance of a rising and falling chest let his eyes tear themselves away from the fiery female. Then the eyes, full of fight, laid themselves back on John. “Did you do this?” he said, nodding to Carmella.

Jo just lay there, she couldn’t really do much else, she tried to concentrate on the body that knelt beside her. She could feel it there, him there. Logic told her that it couldn’t be Kira, but everything else told her that it was. Maybe she was dieing? Maybe Kira was dead and that’s why she was thinking of him, maybe she was going to join him. No, it hurt to much for her to be dead. As she felt the male leaving her side, she let out a small whimper. It wasn’t like Jo to need anyone, especially a guy, but right now all she wanted was that presence next to her, it was the only thing to keep her from giving up completely. She waited for the guy to come back, and then he did. She felt a hand on her leg, then a prick. Her leg twitched away as soon as the needle was withdrawn from it, at least she was sensible enough not to twitch it when the needle was in it.
She waited for more pain to course through her body, that was as much as she trusted the scientists around here. But there was no more pain, in fact, the pain started to ebb away. She shifted her position a bit, just so that she lay in a more relaxed pose. Her ears pricked forward ever so slightly as the lad began to hum. Her head began to stop bounding thanks to the humming and the pain killers. She liked the sound of the humming a lot. Another shiver went through her body as she opened her mouth. “Kira?” the question came in nothing more then a horce whisper, but she had to know if it was him or not.

Maddie licked her paw and purred, "That's not how I work dear." She blinked, and watched Autumn, noting the glowing spots and so on. Ears forward she asked, "I'll take it you aren't an AU?" There was not physical evidence on the other experiment to show that she was one, while Maddie's front right paw tingled where the tattoo was.
